What is great social work and social care?
A celebration of social work and social care and the difference it makes

ExChange is an all-Wales network aiming to build better social care services in Wales by bringing together practitioners, researchers and those who use services.
This conference will formally launch the ExChange network and will start this years programme of events by exploring:
· What is great social work?
· How can we know what great social work is?
· How we can learn from social work and social care successes to further develop humane and effective services for people across Wales?
