Half-day course

Working practices have changed significantly since the start of the pandemic. There has been a huge shift towards online delivery of services and elements of this is likely to be long term. While organisations have reacted as quickly as possible to these changes, we need to ensure that interactions in the online world take place as safely as possible. This training session is aimed at addressing the gap in understanding digital safeguarding. It is imperative that practitioners and the young people we work with are equipped with the tools and skills to effectively, confidently and safely work with children and young people online. The session will increase knowledge and understanding to reduce risks for children and young people when engaging online with service providers.
