This one-day workshop has been designed to provide participants with a clear & comprehensive understanding of wellbeing and stress within the working environment. Participants will have the opportunity to clarify their current level of wellbeing and stress at work. Practical exercises will be used to enable participants to develop their own “toolbox” of strategies and methods to maintain their own wellbeing at work. Not only will participants become better equipped to monitor their own wellbeing and stress at work; they will also be able to identify the signs in those around them that could indicate unhealthy levels of wellbeing or stress at work.
This workshop is intended for anyone who would like to be able to deal more effectively with pressures at work, whether or not they are currently under pressure.
