Evaluation of Pay Structures to Support Recruitment and Retention in Social Care in Wales

This report explores pay structures within Wales’ social care workforce and considers how they influence recruitment and retention. It builds on the pay and progression framework developed by the Fair Work Forum, which sets out job bands (A–E) for roles across children’s and adult social care.
