This training is set specifically in the Welsh context and will allow participants to consider the issues for their role and organisation. The purpose of the training is to give participants confidence and essential up to date knowledge on how to safeguard the children and young people in their environment. It is suitable as a refresher for those who have already undertaken basic safeguarding training or who are considering the Designated Person role.
