Leicestershire Cares is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and passionate Project Development Manager to lead, develop and manage their Powering Up Project. The aim of the project is to support young people aged 15-24 with experience of the care system to develop key soft and hard skills, confidence, peer and community networks, and connections that will enable them to live happy and rewarding lives.

The project will give you opportunities to network locally and feed into policy and practice debates. The project is part of the Esmee Fairbairn leaving care portfolio of work and so you will benefit from learning events and training with CEYP projects from around the UK.

  • Job type: Full-time (35 hours per week) fixed term contract until 31st March 2025
