The Dangos intermediate course builds on the basic course, or is appropriate, for people with some experience as a refresher. Still designed for frontline workers, where financial advice and support is not the main function. This course has an emphasis on support available in Wales, beyond the core benefits system, and on developing working relationships with other workers.
The Dangos programme is funded by the Welsh Government and it delivers training to organisations which work with vulnerable people so the frontline workers are better equipped to help them access the financial support that they are entitled to.
In-house courses, are also available to those wanting to raise the awareness of teams between 10 and 20 at a time, also offer sessions tilted towards housing, health care or social care. Those can be arranged by emailing info@dangos.wales; or for sessions in Welsh by emailing info@dangos.cymru.
