The Children’s Rights thematic webinar series draws on key strands of Welsh Government’s Children’s Plan and Programme for Government. Each session will focus on a different topic affecting children and young people, and aims to give a better understanding of the opportunities and barriers that exist in realising children’s rights in Wales. This webinar focuses on the impact of crisis on babies, young children and families.
Join the fifth session in the Children in Wales’ current series which will feature Sally Hogg, co-author of the ‘Casting Long Shadows’ report, who will share the ongoing impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on babies, their families and the services that support them, together with a member of the Early Years Action Group who will present on the cost of living crisis and how now, more than ever, babies, young children their families and the professionals who support them need help and support.
